Delete Your Crate Combo Account

Crate Combo by 1137Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt)

You can delete your Crate Combo account and the data linked to it at any time, in one of two ways.

Option 1: In the app (immediate)

1. Open Crate Combo.
2. Tap the Settings button (gear icon, top right).
3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the Settings screen.
4. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: By email

If you can't or don't want to use the app, email legal@1137labs.com with the subject "Delete my Crate Combo account" and include one of the following, so we can find your account:

• your player ID (shown at the very bottom of the Settings screen in the app), or
• the sign-in you used (Google or Apple) and its email address.

We delete the account within 30 days and confirm it to you by email.

What is deleted

• your game account and player ID
• your cloud save: progress, coins, items, lives and purchased content
• the link to your Google or Apple sign-in (for Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the app's access with Apple)

Please note: deleted progress and purchased content cannot be restored. Deleting the app from your phone alone does not delete your account.

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records (transaction ID, product, date): kept so a purchase cannot be credited twice and to meet statutory retention duties, for up to 10 years, then deleted.
• Crash reports (up to 90 days) and analytics data (only if you allowed analytics, up to 14 months) are not linked to your account and are deleted automatically after these periods.
